Decadent Keto Hot Chocolate

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons Monk Fruit sweetener

1 1/2 to 2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/ teaspoon unsweetened vanilla

Decadent Keto Hot Chocolate
  1. Start by combing the cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener in a small sauce pan.
  2. Give your dry ingredients a good stir.
  3. Add the coconut milk and heavy cream.
  4. Bring the mixture to your desired temperature, make sure to stir constantly as to incorporate all the ingredients.
  5. Once you have reached your desired temperature turn the stove off and add your half a teaspoon of vanilla. Doing it like this will ensure that the vanilla does not evaporate during the cooking process.
  6. Pour yourself and a loved one a cup and top with our homemade keto marshmallow.
  7. Enjoy!
